Took my kitten to get spayed & ended up being a male cat that they neutered & did not even call to tell me that it was a male..the receptionist said that is why it was so much cheaper....Really! 112$ to get a cat neutered after all the extras you have to add in like an office visit fee, pain shot and required rabies vacine (thats cheaper?) ..rediculous! Have been a customer here for several years and never had a problem like this...the vet that neutered him was not Dr. Ratcliff (it was a woman) so maybe it is the change in vets(if i return it will be only to see him)...expressed how upset i was that i was not notified..as i would not have had him neutered, and her response was well we recommend males be neutered as well..my response to that is that we live on a farm where we have strays dropped off and can only afford to spay the females..she also advised i was not called because they were busy..(it was so crowded there that there was barely standing room without being outside the door) wait time was horrible this time ..very disappointed with the customer service this time!

Tri Counties has always made our dogs feel like they were the most important dog. They care for your furbabies like they were their own.

Love this place. The vets and staff are awesome. I drive an hour to go here.

They have taken care of our fur babies for over 12 years, with the utmost care, and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else!

Absolutely disgusted your clinic would allow a dog to leave in such poor condition. For you to work these hoarders down there. Lori Pierce Johnson of Joyful Paws...or at least that is one of her rescues "and I say that lightly!!' Shiners safe Haven being the other..What a COMPLETE FRAUD!! I have not even had my dog home for a week and have already had to take him to my vet 3 times due to fleas/ticks and the worse infection because of the half ass neutering you gave him. My fear is you didn't even really check to see if he was heartworm positive! You should all lose your licences!!
